Preguntas frecuentes
- He cambiado de móvil o reinstalado la app y no tengo Premium. Ve a Ajustes → Premium → Restaurar compras con la misma cuenta de Apple o Google con la que compraste.
- ¿Dónde se guarda mi progreso? En tu dispositivo. No hace falta cuenta. Si desinstalas la app, el progreso se borra. Con Premium puedes exportar tus estadísticas a un archivo e importarlas en otro dispositivo.
- He dibujado bien un carácter y la app dice que está mal. El reconocimiento funciona sin conexión y a veces se equivoca. Después de corregir verás el botón “Reportar dibujo”: si lo pulsas, nos envías ese dibujo y nos ayudas a mejorar el modelo.
- El diccionario no funciona. El diccionario necesita conexión a internet; el resto de la app funciona sin ella.
- ¿Cómo uso el modo Materiales? Importa un archivo CSV con tus propias columnas (por ejemplo, palabra, lectura y significado), elige qué columna es la pregunta y cuál la respuesta, y practica.
- Quiero un reembolso. Los pagos los gestionan Apple y Google: pídelo desde reportaproblem.apple.com o desde tu historial de pedidos de Google Play.

FAQ
- I changed phones or reinstalled the app and Premium is gone. Go to Settings → Premium → Restore purchases with the same Apple or Google account you bought with.
- Where is my progress saved? On your device. No account needed. Uninstalling the app deletes it. With Premium you can export your stats to a file and import them on another device.
- I drew a character correctly and the app says it's wrong. Recognition runs offline and sometimes gets it wrong. After the answer is checked you'll see a “Report drawing” button: tapping it sends us that drawing and helps us improve the model.
- The dictionary doesn't work. The dictionary needs an internet connection; the rest of the app works offline.
- How do I use Materials mode? Import a CSV file with your own columns (for example word, reading and meaning), choose which column is the question and which is the answer, and practice.
- I want a refund. Payments are handled by Apple and Google: request it at reportaproblem.apple.com or from your Google Play order history.
